Ingredients
- 400 grams Pasta spirals
- 2 cans Tuna in Springwater (preferably Greenseas brand)
- 5 Large white onion (diced)
- 1 Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Button mushrooms (sliced)
- 4 cups Sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon Thai dried chili flakes
- T.T. Salt
- T.T. Pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Boil and salt water with apx. 1.5 tbsp. salt
- Cook pasta as per packet instructions minus 2 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, dice the onions and slice the mushrooms
- Mix the onions and mushrooms with tuna (drained of water) and cream of mushroom soup.
- Once the pasta is cooked, mix the hot pasta into the tuna-onion-mushroom soup combo and season with chili, salt and pepper to taste.
- Place into a casserole dish (preferably glass) so you can watch it bubble up.
- Generously top with grated sharp cheddar cheese and place it into the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes and until the cheese crust is deliciously crispy and golden brown.
