How to easy Make Audrey's Hangover Pasta

  • Ingredients

    • 400 grams Pasta spirals
    • 2 cans Tuna in Springwater (preferably Greenseas brand)   
    • 5 Large white onion (diced)
    • 1 Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1 can Button mushrooms (sliced)
    • 4 cups Sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
    • 1 tablespoon Thai dried chili flakes
    • T.T.  Salt
    • T.T.  Pepper

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
    2. Boil and salt water with apx. 1.5 tbsp. salt
    3. Cook pasta as per packet instructions minus 2 minutes. 
    4. While the pasta is cooking, dice the onions and slice the mushrooms
    5. Mix the onions and mushrooms with tuna (drained of water) and cream of mushroom soup.
    6. Once the pasta is cooked, mix the hot pasta into the tuna-onion-mushroom soup combo and season with chili, salt and pepper to taste.
    7. Place into a casserole dish (preferably glass) so you can watch it bubble up.
    8. Generously top with grated sharp cheddar cheese and place it into the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes and until the cheese crust is deliciously crispy and golden brown.
